Automatically generate emails each time you add/change/delete load on your internal computer system.

We fully support the format used by Central Dispatch, both with and without zip code. The only thing you need to do is to add our email address to the system so that all emails are also sent to us, which in most cases only takes a few minutes to do! Submit a file with the load information.

If you are currently submitting your load information to other load services (or to truckers) by emailing them a file, you can just send us the same file too. Other services often limit you to only submit load information once per day, but you can do it as often as you like with us. To get started, send your first file to loads@carloadusa.com. We will review your file and then set up our software to handle the upload automatically. After the review, we will contact you with any questions we might have. You have two options for submitting files, either by email or by uploading it on our website. If you upload the file it will be processed immediately. If you send it by email it will be processed within a minute after we receive it, but emails can sometimes be delayed on the way - especially if you use any of the free email services or one of the bigger ISPs like AOL. If you currently don't submit using a file to anybody, but would like to do it with us - please give us a call at (810) 471-3105 to discuss it.
